Steps to enable verify that prompt for Credentials in Outlook profile Print

Step 1: Start Outlook

Step 2: Choose File >> Account Settings >> Account Settings

Step 3: Select your Exchange account 

Step 4: If prompted, in the Password: text box, type your password

Step 5: Click the Change button

Step 6: Click the More Settings button

Step 7: Select the Security tab

Step 8: Select the "Always prompt for logon credentials" check box

Step 9: Click OK,

Step 10: Choose Close
